Terms & Conditions

Welcome to ProfitDash. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ProfitDash mobile application ("App") operated by CineChopper LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us").

 

  By accessing or using ProfitDash, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

 

  1. ELIGIBILITY

 

  You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use ProfitDash. By using the App, you represent that you meet these requirements.

 

  2. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

 

  To use ProfitDash, you must create an account using Apple Sign-In, Google Sign-In, or email registration. You are responsible for:

  - Maintaining the confidentiality of your account

  - All activities that occur under your account

  - Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

 

  3. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

 

  ProfitDash provides profit tracking and analytics by connecting to third-party services including:

  - Payment processors (Stripe, PayPal)

  - Advertising platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Snapchat)

 

  The App displays financial data retrieved from these services. We do not process payments or run advertising campaigns on your behalf.

 

  4. THIRD-PARTY INTEGRATIONS

 

  By connecting third-party accounts, you:

  - Authorize us to access your data from those services

  - Agree to comply with their respective terms of service

  - Acknowledge that we are not responsible for third-party service availability or accuracy

 

  5. ACCEPTABLE USE

 

  You agree NOT to:

  - Use the App for any illegal purpose

  - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

  - Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality

  - Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App

  - Share your account credentials with others

  - Use the App to harm, harass, or defraud others

 

  6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

 

  ProfitDash and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CineChopper LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

 

  7. DATA ACCURACY DISCLAIMER

 

  While we strive to display accurate financial data, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information retrieved from third-party services. You should verify all financial data independently before making business decisions.

 

  8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

 

  THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

 

  9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

 

  TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CINECHOPPER LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

 

  OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

 

  10. INDEMNIFICATION

 

  You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CineChopper LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

 

  11. SUBSCRIPTION AND PAYMENTS

 

  If ProfitDash offers paid features:

  - Subscription fees are billed in advance

  - Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled

  - Refunds are handled according to Apple App Store policies

  - We reserve the right to change pricing with notice

 

  12. TERMINATION

 

  We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

 

  13. CHANGES TO TERMS

 

  We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

 

  14. GOVERNING LAW

 

  These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Your State], without regard to conflict of law principles.

 

  15. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

 

  Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by law.

 

  16. SEVERABILITY

 

  If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

 

  17. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

 

  These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and CineChopper LLC regarding the App.
